    In a minor bout of synchronicity, I spent 2 hours today idly lookinf for my IR filter, concluding that I must have loaned it out, and double damnit. :)

Using my old Ixus I’d have been looking at around a second when it’s that sunny. The second infrared one was 0.04 seconds, also at F/8 (The Fuji doesn’t go any smaller).
